At The Feminist Frontline, every item is created just for you through a made-to-order process. This allows us to reduce waste and support sustainable fashion practices. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

    Color or design preferences

We encourage you to carefully review product details and our size guides before placing your order.

When We Can Offer a Refund or Replacement

We will happily replace or refund your order if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

To qualify, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contactthefeministfrontline@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging showing the problem

If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no extra cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we’ll investigate the issue. If confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we can’t refund or replace orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information can be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Please double-check your address at checkout.
